Wondering what to wear to your engagement session? Here are the TOP pieces of advice I share with all my wedding couples!

The most important thing to keep in mind is that your outfits need to be a TRUE reflection of you two! I always suggest at least 2 outfit changes. One more dressy and the other casual. This will help give some variety to your gallery. Remember, there is no such thing as “too dressed up” when it comes to your engagement session. Don’t be afraid to have some fun! If you don’t want to spend a ton of money or add a new, permanent piece to your wardrobe, then use Rent the Runway!

The colors of your outfits can transform how your images ultimately turn out!  The BIGGEST thing is to make sure that your outfit colors are in the same family tone as each other. For example, you don't want to be pastels while he is wearing earth tones. The same goes for print. Keeping prints to a minimum is very key. If he is wearing plaid, then you should wear a solid color. The same concept should be applied if you are wearing a print. Mixing florals and stripes can be very distracting and take away from the photos.
